Located near the river, this hotel provides a serene atmosphere. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. the breakfast was good and the gym and pool facilities were great additions. the view from some rooms was breathtaking.
The hotel's lack of shampoo, conditioner, soap and free drinking water, along with regular end-of-service hallway lights, was a drawback.

Our Xmas stay was superb! the rooms were spacious and comfy, and we enjoyed a great view overlooking the Amazon and its river. the breakfast was delicious - with a variety of fresh foods, including fruits, local delicacies, and great coffee. the hotel's location was one of the best aspects, as we easily walked to the town center and experienced the festive Xmas spirit. the hotel was peaceful and felt like a real retreat from the city noise.
The hotel did not have happy hour or evening entertainment on Xmas night, and that was a bit disappointing. we noticed there was no complementary water in the rooms, and we needed to purchase marked-up water bottles from the hotel's store.

The hotel had a great pool area to enjoy during hot weather and the staff were friendly. The hotel was located in a great spot to enjoy the local festivities that were going on during Easter. It was also close to some great restaurants in the area.
The hotel could have done a better job with cleaning the rooms. There was some dirt and dust buildup that could have been easily taken care of.

My stay at this place was absolutely fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and spacious rooms. The AC worked perfectly, providing relief from the hot weather. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the river was a major highlight. I could easily stroll to the Malecon and enjoy the vibrant Carnival celebrations, while still being able to retreat to the serene atmosphere of the hotel. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel had an amazing view of the Amazon and Rio Napo. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff provided excellent service, and the hotel had great amenities like a pool and gym. We were within walking distance of the Malecon, but the hotel had a serene atmosphere.
Nothing bad to say.
